We will import your existing part database data into PartsBox. Any machine-readable format is fine: send us Excel spreadsheets, CSV data, SQL or XML dumps, anything goes. We will deal with it, process it and import as much as possible into PartsBox. Just E-mail us with your data after signing up (there is a non-refundable one-time charge of $199 for this service). It's your data. You can export everything you entered, anytime. Data export is a fundamental PartsBox feature that is developed and maintained to the same standards as the rest of the app. We want you to use PartsBox because it provides value, not because you are forced to. You can feel safe that no one will ever hold your data hostage.
Major credit cards are accepted. For larger organizations we can also support invoicing and bank transfers.
We use Braintree as the payment gateway. Your card info never reaches our servers: we don't see or store it.
We don't charge the card until after the trial period is over, and you have 30 days to request a full refund for any reason.

The EU makes selling to individuals very difficult and expensive. We are trying to figure out how to automate things so that a hobbyist plan isn't too expensive and so that we don't lose money on every customer.
